5. Sharing & international transfers

Data is stored in HubSpot’s EU data centre when possible. HubSpot, Google, and Microsoft may transfer data to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep data

• Marketing contacts: until you withdraw consent or 24 months after last engagement — whichever comes first.
• Analytics data: 14 months (Google Analytics default), after which it is automatically deleted or aggregated.

Under the GDPR you can, at any time and free of charge:

3. Erase your data (“right to be forgotten”)
4. Restrict or object to processing
5. Port your data to another provider

• TLS encryption (“https”) for data in transit
• Role-based access controls in HubSpot
• Regular penetration tests and security patching

We may update this notice to reflect legal or operational changes. Material updates will be highlighted on this page at least 7 days before taking effect.
